HR Support & Consulting Services, Inc. was established to provide human resources assistance to the small to mid-size employer whose budget constraints do not allow for a full time HR manager. Providing services on an "as needed" or retainer basis allows the employer to select the HR projects that need immediate attention at costs that fit within the budget.

Nancy M. Cullins obtained her BLS degree from the University of Maine at Presque Isle in 1987 and obtained certification as a Professional in Human Resources through the Society of Human Resource Management in 1993.

With over 20 years as a human resources generalist, her work experience spans from public relations and marketing in a university setting to the fields of health care and insurance.

She has served as an instructor under the University of Maine sponsored American Management Association (AMA) management certification classes, a seminar presenter for the Maine Non-Profits Conferences and provided training to insurance brokers/agents and employers on cafeteria plan administration.
